        CONSENT   on a Peace Department Winken

                         Another "PeaceLeaks" Message

             What is in some ways a classic expression of the internet?

Resolve all troubled relationships with the important people in your life before it's too late. J.Wile

        Acta Non Verba - Deeds Not Words

How much longer can we be opinionated about all the disappointments in our society? Can we discuss any issue with common sense? Can an individual make a difference with his or her point of view? Do we take the time to get knowledgeable about past issues, to get an overview of a situation we are confronted with? Is it possible to consume all the internet information to get positive results? What kind of language shall I borrow to make the point that "World Peace" and "Human Rights" are the only issues all people should agree on? Is "obstinacy" more important than making a compromise for the commen good? How many more questions should I ask to get everybodys attention? All I say now is "Get over it", be open minded! Become a "Mind Pirate". www.droppingknowledge.org  At least try and participate at a Roundtable discussions, about our concerns. Plans are in the making in Berlin, Germany - in the center of Europe or in New York State, USA.  May be we can develop a yearly World Peace Forum and move it yearly (my dream is with a "Peace Boat") to another continent to make a difference. If you are a positive person and can "Get over it" please let us know by sending your topic ideas to epluribusunum@t-online.de . Remember we are trying to do something because we are convinced about the fact "Talk is cheap because there is so much of it" The world around us is organized (Status quo) and we complain. Let's get organized and stay with it until something happens. What do we have to loose, what we haven't lost already? Our freedom and self-determination?

We need a Department of Peace, because war is a lie. www.warisacrime.org

"Awakened to the Truth" will be the topic of this website this year and years to come, because thruthbearer everywhere have to start drawing a line. We cannot continue to stay idle and let ourselves be manipulated any longer. We talk, we write, we listen; we talk, we write, we listen. How much longer do we have to talk, write and listen? Is  it time to start acting on the issues we talk, we write, we listen about world peace? Not a day is going bye and we are confronted with another horror story. People and our government starting to lie about things without feeling guilty about it. Are we confused or helpless? The media starts loosing the grib on facts and  political correctness.  Also do not fit them shoes of an truthwalker. The wealth of information increases daily and develops a  rift between print-tv media, internet and the way common people think. It will change our outlook and  future communication. But how much longer will the charade go on before people smarten up and recognize that nothing will change until common sense citizen unite and lobby against all the insults to their intelligence.
America's most renowned newscaster for over 50 years Walter Cronkite in a video message at the September 2005 Conference in D.C. of www.ThePeaceAlliance.org  announced the idea of a Department of Peace? Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich introduced on April 8,2003 (first introduced July 11,2001) in the  U.S. House of Representative HR 1673 with 52 Co-sponsors, a bill that would establish a Department of Peace. It was referred to Sub-committees and died. No Action. On February 5,2007, Mr. Kucinich with 70 Co-sponsors repeated this bill HR 808 only with a new title: Department of Peace and Nonviolence Act. Again it was passed to 5 Sub-committees  and died. No Action. On February 2009 Mr. Kucinich with 71 Co-sponsors repeated this bill HR 808 only with a new title: Department of Peace Act. Again it died in 6 Sub-committees. No Action. All Sub-committee information is not available. Because the bill was introduced in previous Congress, no more action can occur on it. This bill no longer generates events. Reading the bill, I feel the Deptartment of Peace serves the interest of  the American people because it promotes non-violence as an organizing principle in our society, can save money and help to create the conditions for a more peaceful world.  There is no conflict of interest with the (War) Department of Defence. After 10 years, nothing happened and nobody inquires and knows how to continue?  Mobilizing Congress and all  American Peace Organizations  should be No.1 priority. I don't want to hear from anyone that this is a waste of time, if we want to save what is worth saving. Let's use our Constitutional Rights and call or write Congress now. As the people made the Constitution and the people can unmake it, it is the creature of their will and lives by their will. (Cohens vs. Virginia 1821) "Let each citizen remember at the moment he is offering his vote...that he is executing one of the most solumn trust in human history..." Samuel Adams 1722-1803. "Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter." Martin Luther King Jr. "The ideals which have lighted my way and time after time have given me the energy to face life have been Kindness, Beauty and Truth". "America today is the hope of all honorable men who respect the rights of their fellow men and who believe in the principles of freedom and justice". Albert Einstein. Check for your Senator or Representative
 The Peace Alliance should get their priorities right and pick up where they left off and persue and contact all Peace Organizations to unite and be true to the words of James Grant, former Executive Director of UNISEF.
"Each of the great social achievements of recent decades has come about not because of government proclamations, but because people organized, made demands, and made it good politics for governments to respond. it is the political will of the people that makes and sustains the political will of government." Let's get a Department of Peace and work officially with our officials.
The supreme law of the land, The United States Constitution  must awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge. Let it be said today that we have the making of something big, if we get our government to obey the U.S. Constitution and achieve World Peace through the United Nations. Let's follow the coming events of the Department of Peace and show our support.

One person can make a difference! Have you ever woken up in the middle of the night thinking, "I've got to DO something;" but felt like you were just one person who couldn't bring about change? Well, Joan Wile founded Grandmothers Against the War in 2003.is 1st Receiver of the Certificate of Peace 2011. In her outspoken memoir, she tells the amazing story of the courageous, spunky women who stood up for their beliefs and refused to back down.                                   History in the making?

First time in American History, 113 elected American citizens from 48 States came together and discussed for 11 days a plan of action to make government accountable to it's citizen.

The 2nd Continental Congress at St.Charles in Illinois was in progress from Nov.11, to Nov. 22,  2009

The Constitution of the United States of America is being violated. It has been violated over many years, by many administrations, by every branch of government, by each party. Much as our forefathers petitioned the King for redress of violation on their rights, "We The People", pursuant to the last ten words of the First Amendment to the Constitution, otherwise known as the "accountabillity clause" have repeatedly petitioned the three branches of our federal government. For this reason "We The People" do hereby instruct the three branches of government.

First Thoughts and Impressions
There's an anger rolling throughout American society. Perhaps it reaches oversea to all Western society, I can't say, but it's particularly palpable here, especially among the middle classes. People know that something is wrong. They may not be able to put their finger on exactly what is wrong, but they know something's not right. And there are many, many people who aren't sure what they should do about it. Most people feel their country is slipping away. They feel that the principles upon which this nation was built no longer have meaning. When the foundation of you society crumbles, then there will obviously be nothing left for your society to stand upon. There are many scenarios that could play out should this happen, some of them very frightening. AS A FREEDOM LOVING PEOPLE SEEKING LIBERTY FOR ALL, it should become incumbent upon each of us individuals to do what we can to promote the restoration of the respect for individual rights that has been lost to those serving in the federal government. When such tyranny rears its ugly head, it becomes necessary for concerned men and women to speak out or their silence may be construed as condoning the actions.
A group of 107 men and women from 47 states decided to convene a Continental Congress in St. Charles, Illinois this week and next in an attempt to make their voice heard. The "We the People Foundation" has sponsored this event which began November 11th with much pomp and ceremony. I attended the event on the 12th to try to get a feel for what was being accomplished and I plan on attending more in the coming days.
There is, I have heard, some cynicism in the movement as to exactly what will be accomplished with this event. In my estimation, such synicism is good. There is a lot to be cynical about. Those in charge of the Federal Government have more than proved they have no respect for what the American people think, how they feel, or what they want. Recent events have shown they have no consideration for wants of the majority, let alone a majority with little or no funding. Those in charge or working within the system seem to operate under two rules; "He who has the gold makes the rules"and "Might makes right." It seem futile to go against the leviathan the federal government has become.
In the late eighteenth century the nation's founding fathers were in much the same boat. They were ruled over by the largest, strongest bureaucracy of the time. They felt they weren't being represented in their government structure. They felt their grievances weren't being heard by their government, that they were unfairly preyed upon by those in charge of a government out of touch and far away. They gathered together a group of men and met for the purpose of trying to find a way to resolve their differences in a peaceful manner with the empire that had birthed them. War and violence was the last thing they wished for, yet providence brought these things upon them and from this conflict ideals and conventions were developed so that future generations could live without fear of government and the power that corrupts it.
So evolved the great nation which we inherit. Unfortunately, it seems that certain aspects of our governance have devolved. Once again, we are ruled over by the largest and strongest bureaucracy of our time. Once again, we are preyed upon by a government that seems out of touch and far away. Once again our grievences aren't be heard. Once again ther is no representation, and the amount we are taxed has far surpassed what our forefathers wouldn't put up with. So the time has come to gather and attempt to resolve the differences between the people and those who wish to govern them.
The delegates from the states that were appointed to this new Continental Congress are doers. These are people who wish to hold accountable those who would infringe upon the rights of the people. They are those who wish to empower the common folk rather than the politicians. They are interested in taking action rather than merely spouting rhetoric. So they may get together and argue, they may disagree with each other as to an appropiate course of action, they may have to hammer out the details and come up with solutions that will anger some and concern others, but they are trying. They are not merely sitting upon their hands, hoping for change and praying for the best. They certainly are not like the robotic followers of certain established political machines spouting childish slogans such as "Yes we can" and then they don't. It is time to challenge the establishment, not placate it. It is time to demonstrate to the political establishment in Washington, DC that there are still people in this country who care about their rights and liberties and who wish them to obey the law that is the Constitution.
It is difficult to say what will come out of this Continental Congress. It is difficult to predict the significance it will have on the future. I'm sure the founding fathers were uncertain as to their future also. Indeed, had they lost their struggle, their names may very well have been erased from the annuls of history rather than reversed as they are today. Those who sit in their ivory towers need to be reminded that they are not the leaders, they are the servants. There are certain laws they agreed to abide by when they took office. Indeed, they swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. It may ideed be futile to expect those who broke the system to fix it, but it is necessary to ask or they will certainly never try.
This is an event that should be news. It should be heard far and wide that such an event is taking place so that more can get involved. it's such a shame that mainstream media has been so corrupted by the same multinational corporate interests that have corrupted the federal government. As such, this event remains hidden from national consciousness. We common folk are all tired of being ignored, brow beaten and completely disrepresented by those we entrust with the power to govern. We expect them to honor their oaths and they continuously refuse to do so. We need to back these people making an heroic effort to communicate with our supposed representatives that we simply wish them to adhere to the law that was laid down in the blood, sweat and tear of our forebears. We need to support these men and women who are shouting at power that it must be constrained rather than whispering in fear of it in some hole-in-the-wall neighborhood tavern but doing nothing to stop it. We must make it clear that their is nothing more important than the principles of liberty upon which our nation was built and that without these life itself become meaningless. Please help spread the word that this event is taking place and that there are those who still care about the principles that America is supposed to stand for. sblestman@yahoo.com
           Delaration and Resolve of Continental Congress 2009
In defense of a free people, the time has come to reassert our God-given, natural rights and cast off tyranny...
LET THE FACT REVEAL..the Federal Government of the United States of America, which was instituted to protect the rights of individual citizens, instead - threatens our life, liberty and property through usurpations of the Constitution; and emboldened by our own lack of responsibilty and due diligence in these matters, has exceeded its' mandate,and abandoned those founding principles which have made our nationn execeptional;
Our servant government has undertaken these unconstitutional actions in direct violation of their enumerated duties, to the detriment of the People's liberty and the sovereignty of our Republic;
Over many years and spanning multiple political administrations, the people who have, in good conscience, attempted to deliberate our grievances and voice our dissent against these offensive actions through both petition and assembly, have been maligned and ignored with contempt;
The people of several States of Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colrado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indianna, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Masssachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, South Carolina, Ohio, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, SouthDacota,Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming, justly alarmend at these arbitrary and unconstitutional actions, have elected, constituted and appointed delegates to meet, and sit in general Congress, in the city of St.Charles, Illinois;
Whereupon these delegates, as duly elected representatives of several States, have gathered in defense of divine justice, liberty and the principles of limited government, and we stand in clear recognition of the supreme law of the land - the Constitution of the United States of America.
THEREFORE, WE DEMAND that government immediately re-establish Constitutional rule of law, lest the People be forced to do so themseves; and we hereby serve notice that in the defense of Freedom and Liberty there shall be NO COMPROMISE to which we shall ever yield. 22 November 2009 A.D.
        To the Delegates of the 2nd Continental Congress 2009
Because your president of this congress could not allowed me to address you as a guest, I decide to address you through my website www.voice-consensus.com
I came for 11 days to this congress as a guest from Berlin, Germany were  we had 20 years ago a peaceful revolution. The unification of Germany did not gave us a Constitutional Republic, but the people of the old continent want you to succeed to restore the Constitution of the United States of America. The rest of the world only can benefit from your effort at the CC2009. We must remember that the United States of America is not in good standing with the rest of the world. Only "We The People" movement can reverse this trend. Let me also tell you that the majority of citizen have enough war experiences and are looking towards this body for a peaceful solution. Long live the United States Constitution and May Peace Prevail on Earth.
Thank you and God`s speed.  Re-live the 2.Continental Congress live.

We should refresh our minds and review "A More perfect Union - America Becomes a Nation". (2hour motion picture) is the first comprehensive recreation of those stirring heated debates during the smeltering summer of 1787. Filmed on location of Independence Hall, Williamsburg, Virginia, and other historic sites, it dramatically chronicles how America became a nation and these underlying principles that guard our freedom today, if "We The People" restore our Constitution. This is the most ambitious film ever made covering the happenings at the Constitutional convention, and is "...of exceptional merit". check with

The second Republic Project - An idea whose time has come for every mature citizen   who understands that human nature has to re-think their existance. I am  very optimistic because  when I listen to Mr.Adrian Salbushi from Buenos Aires, Argentina video clips, it  became obious to me that we need an International Freedom Force to become a Internet Nation to have World Peace. To understand how the present globalization  efforts work  and what it's Ruling Elite's goal are, it is necessary to have the right overview. This is what we never can expect to get from our governments and media. For this reason alone "We the People" must work together international towards the common goals of freedom and peace loving citizens. We are on board and believe in  personal sovereignty and the nine noble virtues of Honour, Truth, Loyalty, Discipline, Perseverance, Work, Freedom, Bravery and Solidarity.

             The vision behind the Prayer for World Peace

The World Peace Prayer Society was founded by Japanese teacher, poet and philosopher Masahisa Goi (1916 - 1980). Following the devastation of World War II,Mr.Goi received the prayer May Peace Prevail on Earth in a moment of great inspiration. He realized that these words express the common aspiration of all humankind, regardless of nationality or religion, gently yet powerfully activating global peace consciousness. Mr. Goi explained that thoughts and words are alive with energy. Thus, our prayers have the power to shape our world, brining peace and harmony to our personal lives and our precious planet. www.worldpeace.org

                       By the Will of the People

                    Time for A New Tea Party

What will awaken us to fix our system? Are we about to change how we think?

The ideas are highly contagious. They will inspire millions of people to change our system of governing for real peace, safety, healthcare, enviromental stability, and prosperity.

I just finished reading the booklet "Time for a New Tea Party" by Will of the People and must say that I can only disagree with these writings when I don't think for myself or don't want to believe it for whatever reason, otherwise I must support the Will of the People common sense.

In the cause for World Peace we have to petition the United Nations (this maybe the only voice citizens around the world ever have to make a difference) regardless what people think about this organization, because only Americans have the ways and means to exercise the right to consent, if they choose to. If "We the People" do not succeed with this effort then 192 Nations will loose forever the key to secure freedom, peace and safety. VOICE will pledge their cooperation and will do everything to spread the word to students and common sense citizens, who we believe are in the majority anyway. What will ignite a populist movement? "We the People" and the 2nd Continental Congress 2009 is the start.

     Acta Non Verba - Deeds Not Words

We live at a turning point In human history. Ahead is a century of massive change. Either we learn to manage this change, or we allow it to control us and face devastating consequences. James Martin in his book "The meaning of the 21st Century" explains with clarity and precision the nature of the challenges we face from global warming to famine, religious extremism and solution for the future. Far from doom mongering, this book is an extraordinarily optimistic and empowering argument for transition on a global scale: a ringing call to arms and a pragmatic blueprint for action. I cannot resist making you aware of some passages of James Martin book because he says it the way it is. A vital part of the meaning of the 21st century is that we must not push the Earth's control mechanisms beyond the zone in which they are self-regulating and stable. We have already gone too far in harming the climate, the wetlands, the soil, the oceans and numerous smaller-scale ecosystems, so a vital part of this century is to correct the damage. This will be increasingly difficult to do, as the Earth's population grows, consumerism races across China and India, water runs short, and the stresses of the canyon worsen.

We live on a beautiful but very isolated world. We will not find another world that can replace it. At the beginning of the 21st century, we are trashing this world, and we are gaining the power to destroy civilization. We have the intelligence to manage planet Earth well and, largely, correct the damage we have done. We need to do so quickly because the capability for destruction is growing fast. We need to make the planet work well with an excessive population.

The melting pot is global. In the end, this is good if we all treat one another with decency and share democratic freedoms. Eventually, we will understand the ramifications of our statement "All people are one people," but today, globalism has massive flaws.

We may be trashing part of the Earth's environment, but billions of the Earth's people live in an even worse way. While globalism is spectacularly increasing the wealth of the richest countries, the poorest can barely feed them.

If we are to survive, we have to learn how to manage this situation. We need to put in place rules, protocols, and methodologies, codes of behavior, culture facilities, and means of governance, treaties and institutions of many types that will enable us to cooperate and thrive on planet Earth.

VOICE is taking on this challenge and will do everything to help avoid a setback in this centuries. Our motto is "Acta non verba"  and we will  continue to report on this page about people and organizations who act and don't just talk.

An American Agenda: Your priorities for 2011 and beyond. Organized by Tea Party Patriots. www.thecontract.org

The contract from America serves as a clarion call for those who recognize the importance of free market principles, limited government and individual liberty. It is the natural extension of a movement that began in the local communities and quickly spread across America in response to unprecedented government expansion, reckless spending and a blatant disregard by our leaders of the nation's founding principles.

It sounds good like many groups who write about our problems of today. Who is behind this one? But now some questions about the seriousness of the American Agenda 2011 and beyond.

What will the agenda 2011 do for Americans except more status quo?

Is the finance crisis, the health care  legislation and the un-constitutional activities of our government the issues of the Tea Party Patriots? Republican Party?

Before we isolate ourselves and fall victim to more rhetoric, should we rather read the Articles of Freedom first?

Do you know that the two party system  is a thing of the past, because politician lost the trust of their constituency?

I strongly recommend to  get familiar with the Foundation of Constitutional Education before we continue on the path " more of the same". www.cc2009.us

We have to come together and talk about our constitutional rights and make our government accountable to it's people. This will only happen when we elect people who take American taxpayers interest.

                   World Transformation Movement

 We live in hope and fate - we need a fundamental change - or a quantum leap?

The human condition is like a black box in an airline, after a crash we open it up.

Caught up between good and evil, we try to understand the paradox of the human condition. This movement is using a "Understandascope"!

                                                 Why is California still America's future? California, you may have heard, is an apocaliyptic mess of raging wildfires, soaring unemployment, mass foreclosures and political paralysis. It's dyfunctional. It's ungovernable.  it's bond rating is barely above junk. It's so broke, it had to hand out IOUs while its leaders debated how many prisoners to release and parks to close. Direct quote out of Time Magazine. Interesting article to an interesting future?

Jeremy Griffith, Australian author and founder of the organization the "Foundation for Humanity's Adulthood." I appreciated his invitation to join the "The Conference Table" a new online facility for the discussion of the liberating and transforming breakthrough biological explanation of the human condition.I recommend to listen to this discussion.

The Conference Table is discussing the following:

Winken....will tranform the world for its complete betterment.

Lachanfall....will bring complete hope to what can seem hopeless

Cool....gives rise to a movement that will sweep the world.

Beschämt....will introduce a new paradigm of understanding around which all knowledge can be integrated.

Geld im Kopf....will reconcile all the opposites in the human situation.

good and evil - yin and yang - idealism and realism - soul and mind - conscience and conscious - the innocent and the corrupted - the natural and the artificial - the non-sexual and the sexual - young and  old -  women and men - religion and science -  spiritualism and materialism - left wing and right wing - socialism and capitalism. If everybody can deal with the opposite, we will find our way out of the jungle before it is gone.  www.worldtransformation.com

    Acta Non Verba  - Deeds Not Words

To: Mr.Ban Ki-moon, Secretary-General of the United Nations

We wish to add our voices to the global campaign for an end to nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction. We believe that the world needs to take urgent action to stop the spread of nuclear weapons and to make the world free of nuclear weapons, as part of the overall drive for worldwide peace and the transfer of militaey spending to socially-useful ends. The international treaties concerning nuclear  non-proliferation, nuclear weapons test-ban and fissile material to achieving this goal.

Does anybody knows what happened at the Marshall Islands over 60 years ago?

Should we asked Joseph De Brun from the Lae Island about the Bikini Island and the Bravo explosion?

Is anybody interested to find out how life is there today?

In May 2010 the United Nations meet to review the Nuclear non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). Trade unionists from around the world are urging that meeting to make a clear path towards abolition of nuclear weapons in the shortest possible time. We ask that:

- those countries which have not joined the NPT do so, and for all countries to comply with it in full;

- the Comprehensive Nuclear Test ban Treaty enter into force as soon as possible;

- there be an immediate start to and rapid progress on the Fissile Material Cut-Off treaty; and

- we ask for international agreement to support nuclear-weapon-free zones.

We support the action of the "mayor for Peace" headed by the majors of Hirohima and Nagasaki in calling for abolition of all nuclear weapons by 2020.

Production and maintanance of nuclear weapons and miltary expenditure overall, cost more than one trillion dollars each year, We call for major reductions in miltary expenditure, to allow this money to be spent on social and economic development and fighting poverty. We further ask that this transformation from military to peaceful expenditure be done ina way which protects the livelihoods of those who would be affected by it.

The Earth Right Institute promotes an approach to development that is ecologically, socially, economically and culturally sustainable. Through initiatives in education, research and advocacy they act to end wide-scale poverty worldwide, secure a culture of peace and reverse enviromental degradation. The book by Alanna Hartzok "The Earth Belongs to Everyone" is not about the great powers to get along but involves discovering how we can heal our enormous "Person/Planet Pain". A must read book in a world that has plenty for all if we all benefit equally. Is it too much to wish that the next generation will put up a new leadership what will reflect our "Earth Rights"?

War is a Lie Youth Study Group just get started in New Jersey, Montgomery Township. We encourage other communities to do the same and may tie it together with a "Walk for Peace".

The group will read the book "War is a lie" every two weeks or so. They will have study and discussion guide questions and members are ask to keep up with the reading assignment. If interest prevails they try to meet  monthly for discussion, (a long time dream of mine) share information through facebook,socializing, music, banner making and action planning. For support and question sent a E-Mail to WarIsLieYouth@groups.facebook.com

I read the book "War is a Lie" from David Swanson and recommend it to get an overview and complete the world peace puzzle, what haunts human nature for centuries. If many people read this book, it will become a bible of sort for every peace movement.

To early to say we are on a roll, but a good start is it afterall.

The fact that I have found the site www.leedspyramid.com and read about a fantastic project are grounds  to be happy that people come together for world peace. The aim to construct a giant time capsule with every country in the world contributing to it, demonstrates that "We the People"  restore the confidence to have World Peace in the 21st Century.
